Humanist and lover of nature, bathed in the hotel industry since early childhood, I naturally accumulated professional experiences in different countries allowing me to implement a new hotel concept, environmentally friendly, energy-independent and producing 0 waste, while optimizing the ergonomics of the installations. With my desire to respect the environment, I decided to use my talents and skills to the development of ecological projects. From the hotel business to green building I now apply myself to develop and promote eco-technologies and natural building materials.
I also dedicate myself to the preservation of the ecosystems of the Megalo Rema Rafinas in order to protect the flora & fauna and create natural areas providing a venue for people to observe indigenous animals and plants.

- Hotel ergonomics and computer-aided designs : Conception of ergonomic spaces in professional kitchen design taking under consideration HACCP, hygiene and security rules (for restaurants, schools, catering companies, hotels, hospitals) and the ergonomics of hospitality spaces (for hotels, hospitals), supervision of projects, following the projects from design to installation of the equipment.
-Supervision of renovations (hotels, schools, dwellings), choice and coordination of the various contributors.
